CAREER ASSESSMENT
As economic demands have led to layoffs and career shifts, we are often asked to help
individuals at all stages of their career in making the best possible plans for their future
success. Common referral questions for career consultation include: Should I make a
major shift? Am I in the right field? Should I go back to graduate school? Should I move
into more of a management role? Should I get an MBA or go to Law School? Should I
get involved in a start-up? We are familiar with issues that come up for individuals and
corporations at each stage of career development from the first job/internship to planning
for retirement or life-after-work. Most often we begin our career consultation with a
career assessment that may include cognitive and personality tests as well as a variety
of career interest surveys to help identify your overall profile and to provide in-depth,
informed advice and clear, tangible recommendations.
